Upon arrival we were asked to pay around 60 euro extra for our child of 12. The excuse was that Vacation stay did not assume a 12 year old was an adult. We had a substantial amount in advance and received information all was settled except for tourist tax. We feel that this is an issue between hotel and booking platform, but not ours. The manager was consulted and confirmed what the guy at the reception said. We, politely, refused to pay as we had booked a room for two adults and two children and that is what we would get. The receptionist explained that children would not get towels so we only used the sets for two adults and deliveref two clean sets back at reception the next morning! The room was spacy but most walls Seek unfinished. The “breakfast” provided by the hotel was very sober: when we were there two types of rolls without anything, juice and coffee.
