I don't do breakfast, but there were many choices with fresh fruits, cereals, donuts and much more. The main house and the bedroom were super clean and well kept. I was fine with no TV as I had my PC with free wifi. The rooms on the back side are away from the highway and more quiet.
I thought the entire experience was great.

Josephines was adorable. It was quiet, clean, well stocked with snacks, drinks, toiletries and lots of breakfast choices. Enjoyed our stay very much.
