I love the location near the river and near to our destination (a class).
Our allergies were going crazy and the tissues were not helpful. The mattress was starting to wear on each side. My husband and I both had problems rolling to the edge.

Convenience to my destination. Quiet. Peaceful.
Extremely strong chemical odors from cleaning agents. Made my eyes burn. I had to open the window and door to get fresher air. Not a good choice for persons with environmental allergies. Could trigger a reaction.
