The location and cleanliness of the room.
I liked everything.

Staff was friendly and happy.
When people moved into the room behind us we could hear them talking, and snoring at night not much sound proof between room.

The rooms were charmingly decorated
There was what looked like bed bugs in the bed when I got up in the morning...I can't swear to what it was..but if nothing else the bed was not clean
