Great little place next to Disney! The owner was very responsive and it was very clean.

Die Wohnung ist in einer super Lage und der Checkin war sehr unkompliziert unabhängig möglich. Der Supermarkt direkt nebenan und die Küchenzeile machen es möglich sich gut selbst zu versorgen. Das Bett war bequem und die Wohnung an sich gut eingerichtet.

Es gibt in diesem Apartment keine Klimaanlage (das war uns vorher klar) jedoch auch keinen Ventilator oder ähnliches. Somit war es während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr warm in der Wohnung, obwohl wir die Rollläden den ganzen Tag geschlossen hatten. Zudem war vor dem Fenster kein Fliegennetz angebracht, was das lüften bei angeschaltem Licht nicht möglich macht. Neben dem Bett gibt es keinen Lichtschalter und auch keine Nachttischlampe oder ähnliches, weshalb man zum ein- und ausschalten des Lichts aufstehen muss. Ebenso wurde für jeden Gast ein Duschhandtuch zur Verfügung gestellt, mehr leider nicht. Es mangelte an einem kleinen Handtuch für die Hände und vorallem an einem Handtuch/Matte wenn man aus der Dusche kommt. Wir sind mehrfach auf dem Boden fast ausgerutscht.

The location was great - Disneyland reachable on foot through a nice neighbourhood that feels safe. The view from the window was relaxing as you could oversee a beautiful garden. Supermarket was next door for groceries.

The host does not communicate via booking.com and only sends automatic messages. The phone number provided also does not work. The only way to reach them is via booking.com support staff. The studio lacked basic necessities and cleanliness: - the bedding and towels were not white and were old - they only offer one duvet which is tiny for 2 people - there was no floor towel in the bathroom - the hairdryer was not working - there was no sponge to clean the dishes only a weird wet cloth and a watered down dish soap - no paper towels to dry the dishes - the dishes were dirty and glasses chipped - there was no cork screw - the kettle was full of scale - the fridge is loud at night and you're sleeping right next to it, but I guess not much can be done there so bring earplugs. Overall a disappointing experience, but it can be easily remedied.
