The view was great.
The ice maker on the refrigerator was broken and there was a roach in the bathroom.

The location was great we loved being able to see the ocean from the balcony, and having a short walk to the beach.
The ice machine didn't work the maintenance said it was just stuck ice but that wasn't the case, the pull out bed ( couch) was broken. the floor was sticky.
