Enjoy a superb holiday home in Villerville, Normandy, just 100 metres from the sea. This house is spread over several levels and offers a charming south-facing terrace with garden furniture. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall leading to a TV room, a well-equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine and a spacious living/dining area with a cosy fireplace. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two of which have a sea view, while the other overlooks both the garden and the sea. There is also a practical shower room on this level. Climbing up to the second floor, you will discover three more bedrooms, some of which offer magnificent sea views. Outside, you can luxuriate on two terraces one off the living room and one with deckchairs and dining furniture. Furthermore, a garden area under the trees offers additional seating. Please note that the laundry room is located in the basement of the villa.
