An idyllic base for exploring the area's gems, this rental promises an enriching holiday experience. Each home features a ground floor hosting a cosy bedroom. The inviting living space is five steps below the entrance, offering a fully equipped kitchenette and access to a charming terrace. Ascending to the air-conditioned mezzanine floor above the living area, discover a delightful sleeping space.
Outside, a spacious enclosed land beckons, complete with a pergola-adorned terrace and a private fenced swimming pool (12m x 5m, maximum depth 1.80m) for your exclusive enjoyment.
Please note: the grounds have slopes, so it's advisable to supervise young children while they play.
The property is located on the heights of Rochegude (between Méjannes le Clap and Saint Jean de Maruejols) on the hill, not far from Barjac, in the middle of nature. Close to the Cèze river and the Adrèche canyon and river (swimming, canoeing).
Visit the charming neighbouring villages with their markets: Barjac, Lussan, Tharaux, Monclus, Goudargues, Uzès, visit the famous caves of the area : Cocalière caves, the Aven d'Orgnac caves, the Salamandre cave.
Caverne du Pont d'Arc (replica of the Chauvet cave, UNESCO site), the "Cascades du Sautadet", the "Concluses de Lussan", explore the "Gorges de l'Ardèche", "the Cèze valley" , admire the "Pont du Gard"
