We stayed at Greenpark for a family holiday. The apartment is modern, clean, and generally comfortable, and the complex is quiet and secure, which is suitable for a family stay. Overall, the accommodation itself is good, but improved transparency around amenities would greatly enhance the guest experience

One important aspect for us was the swimming pool, as this was a key feature and one of the main reasons we selected this property. Prior to booking, we specifically enquired about the pool and common areas. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the pool would not be available for part of our stay, which was disappointing and not communicated upfront. The pool did become accessible later during our stay, which we appreciated. Nonetheless, clearer and more proactive communication regarding facility availability would have helped manage expectations, especially during a holiday period with children.

Location, self check in and the host, the heaters aswell.

The cups were dirty, i had to rewash thoroughly before using them. Sheets and pillowcases aswell seems they were not changed from the previous use, i could still smell someone’s BO. Shower handle broken, kept coming out and shower drainage was not draining water efficiently. The open shelves in the bedroom almost ready to drop. It seems there’s no maintenance of the broken things at all. Once broken it remains broken. One of the side lamps has no globe.

I liked almost everything about this property, the hosts were easy to communicate with, responding as soon as they can when contacting them. There were no challenges about going in and out codes were provided in advance.

Cleaning services could have been provided.
