The facilities are great.
The access codes must be enough. Or other means to go in and out must be provided. The host must also try to check whether the guests are fine so that if there are any challenges they can be sorted. We couldnt get hold of the host whilst we had a challenge with the access codes of going in and out of the gate. The security guards at the gate, must also try to be more helpful than being rude. Otherwise everything else was great

The place was clean, comfortable, the balcony had a view that was fantastic, the pool was clean, suitable for both children and adults and food delivered to our apartment
Having codes that expires and limited to enter and exit the building because we wanted to enter and exit as many times we want to
