The quality of service does not correspond to the hotel’s advertised category or pricing.
The hotel has beautiful facilities with great potential. The design and spaces are charming, and at first sight it gives the impression of being a special place to stay. The staff were polite and showed good intentions throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, the service and experience did not meet expectations. On one of the two nights, there was no hot water in our room. On another morning, we were unable to have (the included) breakfast because the dining area was reserved for a private event. Additionally, breakfast service only begins at 9:00 a.m., and before that not even coffee is available—so guests have to leave the hotel if they want something earlier. The staff, while friendly, were not prepared to handle basic issues, giving the impression that there is no manager or supervision. The food at the restaurant was mediocre, and we were charged unexpected extra fees that were not communicated in advance.

El buen servicio es vital para buenas vacaciones
El servicio está extraordinario por todo el equipo. Especialmente- Emanuel, Dulce y Brenda que estaban al pendiente todo el tiempo. Siempre con sonrisa y cariño. Sin duda nos hicieron a sentir muy consentidos.
Es servicio de SPA no está disponible todo el tiempo y sus precios están un poco altos. El volumen del piano está un poco alto ( fuerte )

Relajante y amena.
Me encantó el hotel, la habitación y su terraza. El diseño de interiores en la habitación. Regresaré con gusto. Los Alimentos excelentes así como la hospitalidad en la recepción y el restaurante.
