Saubere Wohnung, wir waren nur 1 Nacht dort, das Bett war sehr bequem, Schalfcouch war ok.
Nah am Zentrum, ca. 10 min zu Fuß, ruhige Gegend. Alles kontaktlos, ohne den Besitzer zu treffen.
1) Keine Parklätze in der Nähe - Freitags Abend so gut wie unmöglich dort zu parken. Kosten wären draußen 1€ pro Stunde und in der Nacht umsonst, also die Karte vom Besitzer macht Sinn, wenn man ein Platz tagsüber gefunden hat.
Ein Parking ist ca. 7-8 min zu Fuß zu erreichen - Kosten 2,60€ pro Stunde/20€ pro Tag. Eingang ist super eng.
2) Achtung - aktuell in Italien muss man überall die Personaldaten inkl. Fotos von Person und Reisepass auf irgendwelche Check in Seiten hochladen - Begründung ist, dass die Polizei es braucht. Was passiert danach mit den Fotos ist unklar?!?

Struttura nuova, comoda con tutto il necessario. Ottima posizione.
Avevo chiesto informazioni sul pass per il parcheggio, mi era stata inviata una mail con la quale si confermava la presenza di pass gratuito e invece una volta arrivati abbiamo saputo che era solo su richiesta e a pagamento con anche la cauzione.

vicinanza al centro, in ottima posizione molto tranquilla e silenziosa. appartamento grande e dotato di tutti i comfort, letto molto comodo.
alcune luci nel soggiorno non funzionavano, inoltre le stoviglie non erano propriamente pulite. gestore insistente su orario check in anche se questo viene fatto da remoto (?)
