Appartamento Torino Porta Nuova

Appartamento spazioso di recente ristrutturazione con arredamento nuovo; il locale è molto accogliente e pulito. Posizione centrale vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Porta Nuova. Il proprietario fornisce tutto in necessario (lenzuola, asciugamani, detersivi vari, macchina caffè, ecc.)

Alcune piccole scomodità: per accedere alla seconda camera da letto bisogna passare per la prima; le tende non sono molto oscuranti, la mattina entra molta luce dalle finestre; dal cortile interno, sul quale si affaccano le finestre, proviene molto rumore.

La situación, cerca de la estación Porta Nuova, y con muchas paradas de transporte publico para moverte por la ciudad. Sobre todo el trato del anfitrión, que nos resolvió un pequeño problema. Un trato gentil que te hace estar como en casa. Sin duda lo recomiendo

L'emplacement est idéal, à quelques pas de la gare, du centre et dans un quartier animé avec de nombreux bars et restaurants. L'appartement était très propre, la salle de bain immense et très agréable. La personne en contact (par écrit uniquement) était très réactive.

Le canapé-lit était inutilisable, nous avons dû mettre le matelas au sol ce qui était peu confortable. Les chambres sont en enfilade, ce qui implique pas mal de promiscuité et n'était pas mentionné au descriptif. Un des deux grands lits était très mou, question de goût mais nous y avons plutôt mal dormi. La cour est partagée avec 2 cuisines de restaurant, les odeurs de cuisine sont très présentes.

Located within walking distance (3-5 min.) of Porta Nuova Train Station, this property has everything one needs for a perfect stay in Torino. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen has all the facilities one needs to feel at home. The host, Alessio, sent check-in instructions before our arrival - everything was as he described. The property has a coffeemaker and the host had provided capsules for the first coffee. For those who are going to buy coffee capsules - the system is Lavazza A Modo Mio - at the Esselunga supermarket at the Porta Nuova Train Station, a box of 16 capsules costs about 4 EUR. The access to the property is entirely keyless. The WI-Fi is fast and reliable. As it often rains in Torino, right in front of the apartment door, the host has left an umbrella, which is very handy. Overall, we had an amazing experience, I am forever grateful to Alessio, and next time we visit Torino, we will definitely choose the same property, providing it is available.

The property itself has no disadvantages, on the contrary, it is equipped with everything for a convenient and stress-free stay. On our last day, we had some problems with entry to the main building, as it wouldn't open straight away, but I guess this was a temporary issue. I haven't read other reviews of the property, but if there are any negative ones, simply ignore them.
