Clean, it has everything you may need, warm, the hospitality, amability and local advices from Steffen were ley for our trip. I could get in contact him everytime we needed. Amazing place! Even the location worth it because you are far from center Lights and you get to know more day to day Tromsø sones. Its only a 20min walk even during polar night with snow and ice in the streets. Its part of the experience! :)
