Homaris East Side - Self-Check In

Gute Lage für Besuche in der Uber-Arena. Alles digital, funktionierte super.

+ Tolle Lage + Großes Zimmer und sehr modern + Leichter Check-In (wenn man sich davor bereits damit beschäftigt hat) + Straße war zwar sehr laut, aber die Fenster sind sehr gut gedämmt und man hat von den anderen Gästen gar nichts mitbekommen.

- Mein Zimmer wurde mit Spreeblick ausgeschrieben. Tatsächlich hatte ich dies im 1. Stock und nur eine Aussicht auf die Hauptstraße bzw. einen Teil der East-Side Gallery - Der Preis für das Zimmer war sehr hoch und da erwarte ich mir schon eine Klimaanlage. Obwohl es tagsüber draußen nur 20-23 Grad hatte, war es sehr sehr heiß in der Nacht im Zimmer. Das war schon unangenehm.

The fact there’s no staff site means if there’s any issues like I had with my original room, or losing some personal items during the move to the new room, there’s no one you can just go to and ask for help. They have an AI bot that hijacks every WhatsApp conversation, they don’t have any message history between conversations, so it becomes really hard and stressful to resolve issues when they happen.
