Florence Dock - Battersea

Facilities and location were great. Second day staff member was very friendly. Room was small but had everything you needed for a short stay.

I had an unfriendly staff member greet me at reception who gave me no information about the facilities or how anything worked and gave me a straight no for early check in, despite me asking at 9am. Our shower door was extremely noisy to open and close and no fans or air conditioning in room meant we had to leave windows open which let in all the noise from delivery vans on the street, although a common issue in London.

Great location, amazing facilities, clean and very welcoming staff

The room was an absolute sauna with no air conditioning or fan. The window is pretty small, which, you need to leave open overnight to stop being boiled to death but obviously lets a lot of noise in, it’s London, everything is noisy. A small desk fan in the summer would have made sleeping so much more comfortable

Location was good for me as I traveled for watching Wimbledon. Very easy to reach from Gatwick Airport. Mutual areas are decent, gym and working place was great.

I didn't have shampoo in my room, even i said twice, they did not bring it. I couldn't lock my door and they didn't fix it as soon as possible or even changing my room. Generally there was a bad smell in room coridors and sometimes in the room itself.
