I found the verification process before arrival was a bit stressful, would have been nice to have access to a portal to upload documents instead of via standard email.

Location was good for me as I traveled for watching Wimbledon. Very easy to reach from Gatwick Airport. Mutual areas are decent, gym and working place was great.
I didn't have shampoo in my room, even i said twice, they did not bring it. I couldn't lock my door and they didn't fix it as soon as possible or even changing my room. Generally there was a bad smell in room coridors and sometimes in the room itself.
