Good location, clean and modern

No aircon, very dark in room and small bed for the space

The location was excellent for the purpose of our stay. We really enjoyed being in Wandsworth as there was a lot going on and plenty food and drink options. The apartment was clean and came with almost everything you could ever need during a stay.

There is no AC and it was over 30 degrees during our stay. We did have a fan in the apartment but not great during increased temperatures. The room was very dark - the lighting in certain areas wasn’t sufficient.

The place is Serene and beautiful, the lounge was quiet with lovely art work frames on the walls. The staff were excellent, friendly and ready to provide assistance at all times.

I think there should be Provison for small fan during hot seasons. It was very hot . Secondly, there was a stain in the toilet WC I think a strong toilet wash will take it off , in all the place is fantastic , close to the popular Clapham junction. I enjoyed shopping😁

- Brand new building (ass of 2026). Modern, elegant design with visually appealing common areas - Nice amenities such as a cinema room - Good location - Hot water is immediately available as soon as you turn on the tap. - Electric kettle made of metal, rather than cheap plastic.

- Poor usability: very dark spaces and low-contrast signage make navigation difficult. Furniture is all dark black, making it difficult to see anything. ⁃ Bed far too soft; unstable due to lift-up mechanism. ⁃ Bathroom design lacks basics (e.g. single tap with no hot/cold indication, wardrobe lights that require instructions, 5 different remote controls out of which maybe only one worked) ⁃ Kitchenette missing the essentials (no microwave, no proper kitchen knife) ⁃ Maintenance issues (e.g. broken light) ⁃ Glass bathroom door offers almost no privacy (noise and visibility) ⁃ Gym poorly equipped (no mats, towels, or water; thermostat not working — had to train at 28°C). ⁃ Staff unable to handle basic requests; redirected to external WhatsApp contact even for simple needs (e.g., I was told they could not give me an extra towel to train, I should either use the only one I had in the room (!), or request one via WhatsApp. - No cleaning at all in 6 days. I don't need it every day, but at least once, it shouldn't be a big deal… - Two days out of six, the shared room on 2nd floor was closed, so no coffee machines.
