L'appartement du Cirque

Spacious, comfortable. Loved having two showers and two toilets. The kitchen was huge even though we never cooked in it. The people that worked in the restaurant below (especially the gentleman that gave us a tour of the place) were just wonderful and so friendly.

Staff downstairs were GREAT- soooo nice and accommodating. The AC in the bedrooms were good.

The AC in the living room didn't work well- there was a terrible heat wave at the time- so they should have provided more fans (since there was no AC in any of the bathrooms either so taking a shower in a 90° room made it 95° etc.) The kitchen, although beautifully redone, could not be used at all because there was absolutely no AC in that half of the apartment nor were there any fans nor window shades - so it was like an oven on that side which was quite unfortunate being that we booked it based on the size of the unit and could not use half of it. I asked for additional fans and they said they did not have any. I understand that it was a rare heat wave but everybody knew it was coming so I believe they should've been better prepared with having at least more fans available.

The home was perfect for our family! The bedrooms were nice and cold during a very hot spell. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio area and the staff on the bar downstairs was amazing! Very spacious and clean!

The property location is great allowing access to restaurants, close to notre dame and seine river

One has to take 3 long flight of stairs to get to the third floor, elevator only goes up to 1 st floor. So better prepare before leaving The dishwasher was not working and owner initially asked us to take dishes down to restaurant. We finally settled on waiting staff coming up to take dirty dishes and housemaid to clean when we leave The owner has responded that we could check in by 11 am as we had noticed them several months back. However it was not ready until 1:30 pm
