Amazing location and perfect layout of a corner unit with amazing views. Great location with a walk across to the beach, Publix 10 minutes away, Walmart and liquor store even closer! We used Uber to get around including South Beach and it was a great option for us. The unit itself was great and quite well equipped. The kitchen high end enough but a bit of wear and tear. Gym was great, pools looked nice (always busy) and overall the operations of the facilities were very good. Very responsive host with any request and simple text to check out. True score is an 8.5 ;-)

Well known issues with the elevators, but at least we got a work out walking down 29 stories and a couple of times even walking up. As with any similar type of unit a bit of wear and tear from high use and groups. It would be good for the unit to get access to 4 chairs at the beach given the occupancy of the unit - you are only provided with 2 chairs + 1 umbrella at the beach.
