Too expensive. Not worth the experience.

Location and view.

Waiting time for elevators was about 20-30 minutes, also for car picking up from valet parking. There were not enough sun umbrellas in the pool or the beach, even when you’re needed to pay a high resort fee. Valet parking fee is also very high. Rooms needed an additional bathroom. You need to walk and cross the street to get to the beach.

It was OK. But because of the elevator situation, I will never rent in that building again.

Location was decent and the view from the apartment is stunning.

The building has a major issue that would prevent me from ever staying in this building again: not enough elevators and elevators that break down. I had witnessed physical fights between people who wanted to get into the elevators because they waited for almost an hour. This is completely unacceptable and we had to budget at least half an hour to get down from the 24th floor to the main floor. It is ridiculous and absurd, and inhumane. Many times we walked down from the 24th floor to the lobby. Imagine that for the kind of money that one pays for this apartment. ! The apartment is nice. But the dishes were dirty. We had to rewash them. There were some basic supplies missing that the host did supply after I had requested it. The cutlery is basically from Walmart and there’s very few mugs.: two monks the rest are small cups. Everything is extremely Budget. When we came in our toilet was dirty and we had to wait for the cleaner too show up. We couldn’t wait so we just left and she came in with her own key. The same happened with an electrician because the lights in the bathroom didn’t work. In the bathroom that is the en suite. The lights kept flickering, but we didn’t bother with it. Just tired of asking for things. Some of the people at the front desk are very rude and can hardly speak English. Everybody seems rather frustrated in the building.

Beautiful property, room and overall accommodations. I would come again.

The Front Desk staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and the unit I rented was clean, spacious, comfortable and fully stocked with anything necessary to make a home away from home for my short stay.

The mandated valet parking was more than inconveniencing since the valet was very slow most times. At times I had to wait more than 10 minutes for my car. I also did not like the mandatory hold on my credit card when I booked a private rental and paid in advance. The hotel should not be allowed to do this.

Overall enjoyed ourselves

The pools were wonderful and enjoyed the patio.

The bathroom shower had no hand rail, no place to put soaps. Master Bathroom had no electrical outlet and only one small towel rack.

Nice place in general. Clean property for the most part. Valet was awesome. Front desk was also great.

The staff was rude. None of the elevators work. Waited for elevators almost 4 hours in 4 days. The security staff was the worst I have ever seen

For a luxury apratment I suggest fridge could at least have some drinkable water bottles, for first time travellers in Miami like me I had to go around to find a place when I justed want shower and bed after long flight.

Very nice apartment except for noise from bridge and Car parking charges

Except for the noise from the Hallandale bridge the waterways view was perfect.

Noise from the bridge 38 dollars per day valet charge for car park This is a killer for long term letting.

Bom apartamento proximo da praia

A casa estava muito bem equipada. A cama era muito confortável e o sofá cama espaçoso. 10 minutos a pé de um supermercado.

O tempo de espera para os elevadores era insuportável em horas de ponta. Estivemos 30 minutos para descer com as malas do 12o andar. Tem 43 pisos e apenas 3 elevadores. Se voltasse pediria um piso baixo que desse para usar mais facilmente as escadas…

Bel emplacement avec beaucoup d'activités disponibles

Le personnel et le service à la clientèle sont excellents. Toutes les installations sportives et les 2 piscines permettent de se détendre en tout temps en famille. La proximité de la plage avec chaises longues et parasol disponibles sont très appréciés également.

Peut-être faire un ménage plus approfondi de certains appartements car dans celui qui nous a été attribué, il y avait des traces d'humidité dans la douche et de la poussière à certains endroits.
