Gražioje vietoje. Vaizdas per langus nuostabus. Rami vieta. Geras paplūdimys visai šalia. Malonus ir aiškus bendravimas bei įsiregistavimas.
Apartmentams reikia atnaujinimo. Labai apleisti, seni baldai. Sulūžusios vonios durys, vonios spintelė apgadinta. Miegamajame elektros rozetės išlūžusios. Svetainėje kėdė suplyšusi. Nėra indaplovės. Sienų izoliacija prasta, nes girdisi kaimynai.
