La gentilezza del personale nella risoluzione dei problemi e nell'assistenza ai clienti, la posizione della struttura nel centro storico di Soave.
Le finiture non curate nei minimi dettagli sia nei bagni che nella camera da letto e i cuscini molto morbidi che non sorreggono la testa scomodi per dormire.

It was clean, comfortable and overall nice
No parking lot included. You have to be lucky to find a empty street parking space close by. We could not reach anyone on the phone number listed on booking and we didn’t automatically receive information to enter the property after the online check-in. We had to message the owners about them.

Camas cómodas, buena ubicación en el pueblo. Correcto para una estancia corta.
No funcionaba el aire acondicionado y al ponernos en contacto con el personal no nos atendieron, ni siquiera contestaron los mensajes. Si a alguien le pasa y se pone a leer comentarios en booking a las 3 de la mañana por el calor que está pasando en la habitación como hice yo, buscad el tutorial del mando del aire en google y lo podréis solucionar vosotros mismos.

Zimmer sind wirklich schön und neu. Ist perfekt für Soave.
Kommunikation mit dem Personal neu zu unmöglich, da es kein Englisch versteht. Große Probleme beim einchecken. Keine Antwort. Auf Nachfragen keine Antwort auf Mails oder Anrufe. Service ist wirklich eine Katastrophe..
