美麗的海景，可以看日出！地點非常好 ，離公車站很近，樓下也有便利商店，附近還有一個大超市。小廚房有附碗盤、餐具、煮飯鍋、鍋子、洗碗精。床也不會太軟。走廊有微波爐，樓下有飲水機。
有點老舊，廁所地板不容易乾（但排水良好）
