Great location

The house was nice! We loved the balcony, the large dining room table, and plenty of parking spaces.The pool was a nice size, as well as the hot tub. The beach chairs and pool toys that were there were also an unexpected plus.
One shower has the hot/cold handles reversed, but not a big deal. Hot water wasn't great, but the downstairs shower always had it. Appliances were older, but they all functioned properly. Other than that, it's a rental, and we had a wonderful time!

Close to beach, private pool, plenty of space for our family of 12
Hardwood floor had a few splintering spots, and nails popping up.. especially in kitchen...we covered a couple spots with door mats. TV in living room didn't work with remote...had to use our phone to operate. Mattress in bedroom downstairs needs replaced, but managed for the week.
