Location was great - so close to seeing the sights. The beds were very comfortable with a good pull out couch bed. Ceiling height was accurate as described in listing. Although small, the kitchenette was practical. Air conditioning and wifi worked great. Really nice, spacious shower and great to have a washing machine.

1) The kitchenette faucet does not stand up by itself so you’re always using one hand to wash up. This may account for the dirty dishes put away as if they were clean. 2) mosquitoes in the apartment despite there being no opening windows 3) bathroom had a very bad mildew odor - most especially in the cupboard under the sink. Had to keep it closed for good after finding the hair dryer. 4) felt sketchy the day before and the day-of that I still did not receive the entry instructions. On one hand I can understand protecting against early arrivals, but the perception from my side is that I worried that my money went down a black hole/this place isn’t legit and I won’t have anywhere for myself and two kids to sleep. Thankfully it all came together but it felt distrustful as well as worrisome that I was facing a possible scam. 5) I think it’s inappropriate to have the renter find where to publicly dispose of their garbage/recycling. As a visitor who doesn’t know the local system and since we are paying to rent the place, it would seem appropriate to leave garbage/recycling as part of the cleaning task of the management team between renters.
