- Rules: Please follow all posted community pool rules and quiet hours

Pet-Friendly Stay: We’re happy to welcome 1–2 small, well-behaved dogs! Please note that cats are not permitted at this time. A pet fee of $20 per night, per dog, applies.

Inside was spacious and suited our family well. Pool was very warm and we enjoyed it a lot. It’s not a private place by any means because it’s more like an apartment but worth it for the price.

We were pleased with our stay. The location was great, short car ride to beach/town. King bed was comfortable but twin beds in second bedroom not so much. Couple things could be improved… tvs could be upgraded to smart tvs so you can watch streaming services. Also would have been nice to have a Keurig coffee maker for kcups versus a regular coffee pot in the kitchen. Bath towels were very small and thin. The pool was great, not cold at all which we loved. Washer/dryer was a plus also.

It was fine. Complex was run down. Windows either didnt open or lock some had no screens , it made me feel unsafe that they didnt lock. Horrible horrible mildew smell. Permeated everything we had .For the price it was ok. Needs updating. Host was made aware of the problems
