Stay worked for us for our short time. Air conditioning went out but owner was quick to get it fixed which was nice.

We loved the house and the location was great for our needs. We were in Sarasota on business and like to be close to where we need to be. The house could not have been more perfect. It was clean and the amenities were perfect. We lacked for nothing. With in 10 minutes you can be on the beach, near downtown and close to so many restaurants and local attractions. I stay with my staff ( my self and two assistants ) and the three bedrooms worked our perfectly. We had a minor issue with the TV/cable and we called and it was taken care of in a timely manner. The landlord is very hands on. I can't wait to come back next January and rent the house again.
