Very comfortable and loved the layout of the house. Nice to have an ensuite bathroom. Very clean, plenty of towels and washer/dryer a real plus. Only negative is that the area around the doorknob wasn't very clean.

The house was in a great location! Close to the beach and restaurants! The master bed was not very comfortable! Besides the bed , everything else was terrific!

This house is not big but the bedrooms are all roomy, and it would be hard to beat the location! So much is within walking distance. There's a small shopping plaza right behind the house with a breakfast restaurant, a bakery, and an English style pub. Just a little further is a Publix and two bicycle shops. Walts Fish Market is also well within walking distance, as are the two parks at Siesta North Bridge.Now, you might be concerned about the traffic on Siesta Dr. which builds up later in the day and on weekends, but if you head out the other direction there is a back street which you can use to get all the way to the bridge and also south all the way behind Walts and to other destinations on US-41. We never had an issue getting out onto Osprey or Siesta Dr. while we were here even when the traffic was backing up at the light - just use those back streets.The only real downside is there is no garage and no pool, but if you're okay with that then it would be hard to beat this location.
