This elegant penthouse features a modern setting with lots of space, high ceilings and natural sunlight! The space is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable and supreme stay! From stainless steel appliances, modern bathrooms, comfy beds, and all the essentials to make your experience in New York incredible!

There is limited free street and metered parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We highly recommend to not bring a car - there is Uber, taxis, trains and buses for you to get around the city. If you will bring a car, you may check Parkopedia for some nearby parking options.

This apartment was great for our stay. The location was walking distance to Central Park and subway stations. The host was responsive, and let us keep our luggage in a locked storage area for a few hours before and after our stay, so we could explore NYC without hauling our stuff all over the city. The unit itself is on a busy street (off an off-ramp), so there was quite a bit of road noise and lots of cars honking that was loud in the lower rooms, but the room upstairs by the patio wasn’t as bad. The patio was dirty and there were cigarette butts all over from a previous renter. The unit itself was visibly dirty on the walls and couch, but white walls and white furniture was probably not a good choice for a rental! Beds were comfortable, water pressure in the showers was not great. Overall, it was a decent rental in an easy and walkable location, and I would stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—spotless, modern, and in a perfect location for exploring. Communication with the host was seamless from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was amazing for our family!!! This was our first trip to New York with our teenagers and they loved it!!! The rooms were spacious and clean and the rooftop patio has a great view. There are plenty of shops nearby to get snacks, but also has restaurants for sit down meals with the family as well. The hosts were very attentive/thorough and helped everything go smoothly prior to our arrival. We would definitely stay again :)
