Just an 8-minute walk to the beach, this fully air-conditioned space features spacious living areas, kitchens, dining spaces, and all the essentials. Enjoy private patios and a rooftop deck with plenty of room to relax together.

This stylish and sunny unit includes:
2 bedrooms (each with a comfortable bed and AC)
1 King Bed, 2 twin beds, a futon, and sofa bed
1 modern bathroom
A fully equipped kitchenette with basic cooking essentials
A private patio for morning coffee or evening drinks
Access to a spacious rooftop deck—a perfect hangout spot under the sun or stars
Smart TVs with access to all major streaming apps

Together, these two apartments comfortably accommodate larger groups while giving you multiple private spaces to spread out. When booked together, you’ll have exclusive access to the full second floor of our building.
Unwind in our landscaped courtyard, with fresh breezes from Condado Lagoon Park, located right next door. After a beach day, rinse off the sand in our outdoor shower located off the courtyard.
Situated in the heart of Condado, you’re just minutes from Condado Beach, Ashford Avenue, and La Placita’s vibrant nightlife. Essentials like Walgreens are within walking distance.
We offer an on-site coin laundry, with complimentary detergent. We also offer beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers upon request.
You're just 5–20 minutes from top attractions like Old San Juan, the Convention Center, San Juan Cruise Port, Plaza Las Américas, La Placita and SJU.

For a stress-free experience, we recommend using Uber or taxis, as parking in the area can be limited. Uber is affordable, convenient, and widely available throughout San Juan. We want you to enjoy your stay! To help everyone feel comfortable, please keep noise low between 10 PM and 8 AM so our guests and neighbors can rest.
Kindly keep things tidy by placing trash in the courtyard bin or the cans near the street. Please don’t leave personal belongings in common areas.
For everyone’s comfort, there’s no smoking in common areas—feel free to smoke at the front of the building.
For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, security cameras are in place in the common areas, stairways, and main entrance.
Laundry is first come, first served. Please don’t move or handle laundry that isn’t yours.
We take pride in keeping everything in top shape, but if something breaks, we’ll work quickly to fix it. Refunds are only given in rare cases when repairs can’t be made or for situations beyond our control—please give us the chance to make it right first!
