The building location and facilities were brilliant. The Apartment was also great - new and amazing floor to ceiling windows.
There went enough towels. And we ended up finding a number of towels underneath the bathroom sink that were dirty, which we had to wash ourselves. The futon couch was broken. There were blood stains on the spare duvet, which was with a sheet that had also not been cleaned. It would have also been good if tea and coffee was provided - that's pretty basic.

Excellent city skyline and in the middle of the CBD, everything was within a 5min walk. Clean apartment and staff were very friendly.
Needed a paint job with scuffs and marks on walls, holes behind the couch too. Extremely hot in the in the west facing room in the afternoon sun when we initially arrived.

Room was super hot when we got there, would have been nice to have the air con on on arrival and maybe some tea and coffee in the room for the price.

Great location, close to the city, restaurants and great views.
It’s not really big enough for 5 guests. Nothing set up for the 5th guest. One of the blankets smelt like it had pee on it. Not sure if pets may have stayed previously. No pillow cases for extra pillows. Needs a good dusting.
