Firstly, the mattress wasn’t comfortable enough.Secondly the microwave for room-3 was not in an excellent condition, not hot enough and lastly the absence of a blender in the kitchen

Very clean with good amenities, shared kitchen was very clean with a choice of small tables and chairs to eat at. Some drawbacks to shared kitchen space, but overall, a pleasant experience.
A bit of a pain to use shared toilet when there was an "out of order" one in the room. It appears to have been out of use for some time. Very thin walls, we could hear a pin drop, even from next door.

The price was reasonable.
The bed was uncomfortable. The property were to send the key code 6 hours before arrival and didn’t. This meant I had to reorganise my plans to get there later as I was very tight for time. I was visiting London for only two days. The bathroom & toilet area was very cold.
