M18 Escape

This was a perfect location for an evening out in Brentwood. 10 min drive. Great access to M25. Accommodation was extremely clean and comfortable. Host was extremely responsive and helpful with clear instructions/information on each communication.

This is an annex accommodation in the hosts garden away from main house. Not the most luxurious looking from the entrance but the accommodation itself was well laid out, comfortable and everything required for a short stay.

However, now there is clutter around the property.

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this apartment. Unfortunately, I missed my original booked date, but the host was incredibly kind and understanding enough to offer me a replacement stay at no extra cost. That level of hospitality was genuinely touching. The apartment itself was spotless, very comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. I especially loved the two TVs — one in the mini lounge and another in the bedroom — which made the space feel extra cozy and luxurious. The environment was also very clean, quiet, and relaxing. Highly recommended, and I would gladly stay here again.

The property is in a good location and the area is quiet and peaceful.

The property is a standalone container, which was not mentioned in the listing beforehand. The chair was in poor condition, and the electric kettle was dirty and had a lot of scale buildup. The outside area was also untidy, with a lot of overgrown grass. The stay also started on a disappointing note due to an unexpected hospital emergency. Despite contacting the host just minutes after booking to request a refund and explaining my situation, he vehemently refused, even after the booking support team contacted him on my behalf. His lack of understanding made the overall experience disappointing.
