Fuencarral Center - Apartamento de 1 dormitorio en el Centro de Madrid

La situación.

No hubo nada negativo que resaltar.

Место. Красивый вид из окна, соответствие цены и качества. Не пожалеете. Для людей с ограниченными возможностями хорошая доступность в апартаменты, лифт работал всегда, но внутри нужна помощь или надо быть шустрым.

Не работал домофон. За доставкой приходилось спускаться, плохое давление горячей воды( но может в Европе так всюду), почти не работал простой ключ, открывали по коду.

The apartment is located perfectly in Chueca, literally couldn’t be more central. Walking distance from majority of things to see, very close to metro. Apartment is facing away from the street, so it’s very quiet and you still get a nice view. It is small but cozy, Small bathroom is ok, kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a simple meal. bedroom has a big wardrobe with lots of hangers (big bonus!) The apartment was super clean, reasonably easy to access with the check in app and a code later. Fast Wi-Fi

Master bed was very comfortable, but it’s small, not comfortable for two men. Fortunately sofa in the living room was very comfortable as well. I wouldn’t recommend the apartment for more than 2 people. The flat is quite dated, it has a very old gas boiler, which you have to manually fire up with a lighter. Doesn’t feel safe in 2025. The QR code with instructions on how to do it also didn’t work, fortunately I had a similar boiler 30 years ago so I knew what to do with it, but it took the landlord very long time to reply to me when I asked about it. The lock on the door, operated by a code didn’t feel very secure, the door wouldn’t open using keys, it’s code only, so no idea what happens if internet is down r there’s no power. Taking a shower was a bit tricky with the tap to shower switch falling off.

Está ubicado en un sitio inmejorable. El check in aunque es distinto a lo habitual no es muy complicado, ya que te guía la propia app. Eso sí, la cerradura abre mal y hay q insistir con la llave o bien abrir con código. Las insstalaciones están bien para un par de noches, aunque el baño y la cocina son pequeños. Podría estar más cuidado (el calentador es tan antigüo que hay q encender con mechero, la ducha tenía una pieza que se salía de vez en cuando, la puerta con la cerradura mal, el vater está como algo suelto y hace ruido cuando te sientas...) aún así todo funcionaba todo y estaba limpio. Lo que me pareció peor ha sido la pesadez de los vecinos. Ya había leído sobre el tema y nos cuidamos mucho a este respecto, pero me pareció increíble. A las 21.00 del viernes bañamos a los niños, con lo que supone de jugar un ratito en la bañera ( volumen de un hogar totalmente normal) y nos golpearon la pared con fuerza como si estuviésemos haciendo una fiesta a las 5 de la mañana.
