Wonderful outdoor space with the rooftop terrace with a view. Plenty of shade to enjoy. Beautiful garden with nice pool. We spent a lot of time here.
The room itself was very cutely decorated and very clean.
Very quiet surroundings but still close enough to Matala and Herklion for day trips.

Het is een heel rustige plek met prachtig uitzicht op de Messara vallei. Het niet al te grote zwembad, met daar omheen ligstoelen en zonnebedden is prima. De accomodatie ligt in het dorp en daardoor op loopafstand van een aantal taverna’s, waarvan ik Ta Tsakirakia ten zeerste kan aanraden. Het bed en de badkamer zijn goed en schoon, als ook de inrichting en de voorzieningen in het huis zelf.
Wel jammer dat je niet van de eigenaren zelf de sleutel krijgt. Enig contact met hen is leuker (en gastvrijer) dan een instructiefilmpje met info over waar je de sleutel kan vinden en hoe de sleutelkluis te openen.
