It felt like we might get charged for something we didn’t do - unsafe.

No breakfast available. Location required a car or taxi from the town centre

The check in took too long. We were required to submit our cc to an unknown site to cover any damage. Asked to take photos of damage before we had access to the room. It felt a little unsafe. We left as early as we could.

Wir fanden das Verfahren mit Personalausweis, Kreditkarte und Dokumentation vor Anreise als völlig überzogen. Alles in a

Es ist sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

Man wird vor der Anreise aufgefordert seine Persolalausweisdaten weiterzugeben. Zusätzlich muss über einen Link im Internet eine Kreditkarte hinterlegt werden, die für den Vermieter einen vierwöchigen Zugriff auf die Kaution erlaubt. Dies empfanden wir als übergriffig und auch als unangebracht. Zudem soll man bei Anreise umfangreich den Zustand der Wohnung mit Bildern dokumentieren. Dies erweckt den Eindruck, dass man schnell ein Problem mit der Kaution bekommen könnte, obwohl man gar nichts dafür kann.

Les directives et procédures du logement. J'ai compris avec les autres avis que c'était sûrement un logiciel qui gèrait mais je n'ai pas compris la caution de 300€ pour une chambre à 70€. Heureusement que j'ai pu accéder au logement quand même.

L'agencement de l'appartement. La terrasse. Une résidence au calme dans un quartier résidentiel.

L'appartement sentait la fumée. La terrasse n'avait pas été nettoyée.

Attention si vous n'êtes pas sur Whatsapp !

L'appartement n'est pas gigantesque mais bien organisé. La terrasse lui donne de l'espace, mais n'est que peu fonctionnelle car elle empiète sur le parking.

Ne pas être sur Whatsapp semble avoir perturbé l'organisation administrative de l'agence. Le code de la boîte à clé ne nous a pas été envoyé et nous avons poireauté 1/2 h devant la grille. L'agence avait pourtant accusé réception des photos de nos cartes d'identité par email une semaine plus tôt. Ils nous ont alors réclamé le verso des dites cartes... Nous avons reçu le processus de rentrée au lieu de celui du check out le jour du départ.

Gut gemachtes Check-in Video. Nettes kleines Appartment mit schöner ruhiger Terrasse. Tolle Dusche. Sauber und gemütlich. Durch Schranken gesicherter Parkplatz. Für einen Kurzurlaub empfehlenswert.

Der Ausgang zur Terasse - 3 Stufen etwas wackelig. Der undefinierbare Geruch im Eingangsbereich vor dem Appartment.

L’appartement est de bon niveau , les équipements sont qualitatifs mais tout ces points positifs sont écrasés par le gros problème de l’accès au logement . Les informations transmises en amont de notre arrivées sont fausses incomplètes et imprécises . Nous avons cherché les clés plus de 45 ‘ .

Les informations erronées concernant l’accès à l’appartement bet l’impossibilité de joindre une personne .

Arnaque ou malchance ?

La boîte à clé n'était pas à l'emplacement mentionné. Un appel au numéro mentionné n'a pas pu débloquer la situation car il semble que personne ne peut venir sur place. Je cherche à me faire rembourser une prestation non reçue en échange de mon paiement et à faire en sorte que la caution de 300 € demandée ne soit pas prélevée !!! Pas de boîtier sur la grille du bas comme mentionné dans la vidéo d'accueil (photo) Sos booking. com !
