Great unit with large windows to view the beach - Beach Colony 1200

The room needed to be cleaner. Air vents full of dust, walls should be painted and tub needs repaired. Lovely lamps but one shade had huge stains.

It was very nice inside, the room was clean and very well put together. It was right by the water, very quiet and everyone we talked to was very kind to us. Beds and pull out couch was comfortable and clean. Clean dishes.

The lights in my room didn’t work, and the lamps were broken as well so unless we opened the curtains we didn’t have light. Please fix the lights for a better room setting! The indoor pool and hot tub was closed, so we didn’t get to use the hot tub or pool outside cause it was so crowded. Lots of random kids with no parents running around. It was very hot in elevators and trying to get to the rooms cause the air vents pushing out the hot air but there’s not much can be done about that. How they advertise it made ME think my room would have a balcony and an in room hot tub, but that was not right. The description stated “ this rooms best quality is a hot tub and balcony “ but this was not accurate for my room. The garage is VERY small. Only 1 car can pass through if it’s a bigger vehicle, we had to back up a lot for people and had lots of trouble getting in and out but we managed. We also didn’t have extra sheets for the pull out couch so make sure to bring your own! They also have a no smoking policy which they should follow more closely so people aren’t smoking weed in the parking garage around kids.
