So happy to have spent a wonderful week in this clean, modern, spacious apartment next to the city center. It was new and quiet, so comfortable! Thanks to Phil and the other lady for their hospitality and professional attitude! Hope to return!

Phil’s apartment is great, immaculately clean, well appointed for a studio, good size balcony. Comfortable bed and the area is super quiet. The bathroom is a great size and we loved having a washing machine. The aircon was amazing. There is a supermarket literally 3 mins away. It’s close to the town ( less than 10 minute walk ) to restaurants and bars and shops. Lefkada is a lovely place to base yourself to explore the island. Phil was super helpful and his communication was perfect. He gave us some great recommendations for visiting beaches, places of interest and restaurants. He met us to let us in the apartment and was the perfect host.

The location was perfect walking distance to the main street in the town, very clean and comfortable amenities and very responsive host. Would highly recommend to stay here!
