It was new, modern and very clean. Safe and secure residential neighborhood, walkable to the town center and grocery store. I liked that there was a kettle and kitchen utensils to make a simple meal (I am a vegetarian so it is not always easy to eat every meal outside). There was also parking right in front of the building.
