Location and the property was very quiet which was nice

The location is amazing. The ocean is beautiful and being able to step outside and enjoy that view any time is beyond amazing. And it’s not stated in the renting information but there is an elevator so you don’t have to drag your stuff up 3 flights of stairs which was great.
The property is outdated. There was something all over the ceiling that I’m sure was mold but when I called the rental office I was told it was probably just mildew *due to me having the balcony doors open* < their words. I had only been there 12ish hours at that point and hadn’t sat around with the balcony doors open. The vents were covered in dust. The floor in the dining area felt like a roller coaster and definitely needs some work. There was a hole in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms. The couch was ripped. If it wasn’t for the view it definitely wouldn’t have been worth it.
