You Must be at least 25 years of age to rent the property. Motorcycles/trailers or motor homes are not permitted on the property.

Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in North Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or Taxi.

The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. You Must be at least 25 years of age to rent the property. Motorcycles/trailers or motor homes are not permitted on the property.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD

This is our 2nd year staying here. It does what it needs to do, its a place to relax and sleep.It's a beautiful view of the ocean and we loved the pool. See you again next year.

This was the second year in a row that my friend and I stayed here. It’s become a yearly mom and daughter trip! Great location! Interior needs updates but the beds are comfortable. Very clean!!

Condo needs some significant maintenance to catch up with great location & view. Most everything worked but in need of HVAC, electrical & cosmetic improvements. Unit was acceptably clean, considering its age.
