Qualidade dos quartos, localização, restaurante muito bom
Intransigência da funcionária com os documentos de um dos hóspedes que não estava presente no momento do check-in, por problemas na estrada, mesmo depois dos hóspedes presentes se terem responsabilizado. Obrigou a que o hóspede, ainda em viagem, tivesse de parar e enviar fotografias por WhatsApp. Sinceramente, não encontro justificação para tanta intransigência

La stanza nuova, accogliente e moderna
La camera era situata sopra una ferramenta davanti ad una statale molto trafficata. Peccato per la posizione della camera e la colazione: poca scelta e roba tutta confezionata, cosa che non ti aspetti da un albergo in montagna!
