Villa Blue Sophy

Très agréable logement proche de la plage de Varkala et de la Cliff, literie confortable et belle décoration, dans une rue calme avec bon contact.

Le débit de l'eau de la douche était un peu faible. L'eau était parfois froide.

Location is very good if you want to stay in south cliff it’s the perfect spot and manager and staff are very collaborative and efficient. Really recommend this place!

Once I got used to being in a budget room, I absolutely love being at Blue Sophy for a week. It is very convenient for the beach, but it's also on South Cliff, which isn't like crazy North Cliff; it was pretty quiet. The bed was really comfortable, the fan and AC worked and I always got hot water.

All the hassle about payment! I booked this room 9 months before I stayed, and because Booking.com said there was no payment up front. However, 4 months before my stay, I had to send the owners 50% by electronic transfer. This process took a lot of time over 3 weekends. They even cancelled my booking at one point when I was trying to pay. When I arrived I had to pay the rest in the same way, which I was happy doing but there were too many messages back and forth while this payment was going through, which put a downer on my holiday. I am sure it is easier if you have an Indian bank account, but me being European, this.was hassle!!!

The room wasn't the one we booked, but we were willing to stay in another room. Am due to stay in this property again in approx 2 weeks, so will write a fuller review then.
