The location is convenient and easy to find. The apartment is well-equipped for a comfortable business trip, including a washing machine, dryer, and a clothing steamer. There's also a large, comfortable fridge, and the stove works perfectly—everything is fully functional. The agency responds quickly to any issues that may come up, for example there was no toilet paper when i checked in - but they managed to bring it to me in about 30 min. Even if it has a few issues, the place is a good choice for a business trip. And it looks nice inside, the bed is very appealing. Not far away from the palais, about 10 min slow walk.

I encountered flooding from old pipes in the roof, requiring extra cleaning. The floor was dirty upon arrival, and no one cleaned during my stay, despite paying 100 euros for nonexistent room service. There were no instructions for trash disposal, leading to flies by the end of the week. Additionally, noise from outside was an issue, as the apartment seemed to be a converted shop. I recommend offering small perks such as laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, and clear instructions for trash disposal. While you provide shower gel, it would be nice to include shampoo and complimentary mini toothpaste and a toothbrush. Also, please make sure the floors are cleaned!
