About this apartment rental

Ideally located in the center of Cannes, 5 minutes walk from the Croisette and the steps of the Palais des Festivals, pedestrian shopping street, this apartment will welcome both holidaymakers and business travelers. Comfortable equipment promoting a stay in good conditions. (Air conditioning, internet, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, 2 Tv, international channels ..)
It is located in a typical Old Cannes building on the first floor. The living room with equipped American kitchen is exposed south, sunny and air-conditioned. Equipped with a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people, a dining table has 4, a TV with bouquet of international channels. A bedroom with storage, 140 cm bed for 2 people, TV with TNT channels and storage. Shower room with wc.
Easy access with or without a car, you will be close to the train station or bus. Supermarket on the street, beaches, Palais des Festivals, Croisette and Rue d'Antibes is less than 5 minutes walk.
If you want to park your car, I recommend Parking Ferrage whose exit Pietons is 50 m from the apartment. (1 hour of free parking, week packages at 75 €,)

Amazing location, apartment is very spacial, clean, well-furnished. There is no air-conditioner in bedroom, so we need to open windows to keep airiness. It is very noisy outside all night as the window towards an alley where many people walked through.

Lovely first floor 1 bedroom apartment just 5 mins from Palais and near great bars and restaurants in the Old town. Very clean and modern with good facilities ideal for 1 or 2 guests. No outside space but close to beaches. Marc is a helpful and charming host.

Marc is a great host and takes care of his guests. The apartment is cozy, very clean and has everything you need. The location of the apartment is exellent. The harbour and the beach are easily walkable, a supermarket and a bakery are nearby aswell. We also used the parkhose, which was perfect (1st hour for free). We spent 3 weeks in Marc's apartment and we'll definitely come back next year. We would highly recommend this place to stay in Cannes.

My husband and I stayed at Marc's apartment for a week and we loved it. The apartment is very spacious, in fact the pictures don't do it justice, newly remodeled, with a modern kitchen, and overall great space. I am pretty picky about cleanliness and was happy to see how clean and well maintained it was. Marc was very polite, responded to our requests/questions quickly and was very flexible about our check in/check out times which were late at night and early in the morning respectively. With respect to Cannes, we just loved it all and were very glad we picked to stay in Cannes and not in Nice. Cannes is more cozy, not as crowded and Nice, but still a touristy place so you still get the feeling that you are on vacation. The apartment is very close to the beach and in a central location so you are never too far from anything. The bus to Nice is only a 5 min walk from the apartment, a sandy beach about 10 mins walk, the Carrefour supermarket about 2 mins up the street. All in all, we felt the apartment had everything we wanted and if we return to Cannes, we'll definitely contact Marc. Thanks Marc for your hospitality! Elvisa

Haben zu viert ca. 10 Tage in der hübsch und praktisch eingerichteten Wohnung genossen. Wir waren zu viert und der etwas knappe Platz hat uns gereicht. Die Lage könnte für Cannes nicht besser sein: die Altstatt-Einkaufsstrasse und viele Restaurants und Bars gleich vor der Türe, die Criosette einmal ums Eck, der Strand zu Fuss in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Wenn man im Parkhaus "Ferrette" die 3. Etage benutzt, kommt man ebenerdig zur Haustür (ca. 20m). Wir haben am Empfang des Parkhauses eine Karte für die ganze Zeit gebucht, so ist man die Pakplatzsorge los. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

l'appartement était trés bien un peu bruyant mais on s'y fait par la suite. Faire le nécessaire au niveau de la douche car celle ci se bouche facillement tout est à proximité gare ,mer commerce, pas besoin de voiture . (à titre personnel le changement des couvertures serait le bienvenu ) si non rien à dire tout est nickel dans l'appartement.

L'appartement est propre et bien équipé (peut être qu'un lave vaisselle serait plus utile qu'un lave linge). Les casseroles tefal sont en bon états ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas. Il est très bien situé : on est tout de suite au cœur de Cannes. On peut aussi profiter de la proximité de la gare routière pour visiter Nice (au prix imbattable de 3€ AR !!). Il y a un parking juste à coté (gratuit la 1ere heure) qui facilite grandement le chargement/déchargement des bagages). Bref nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans ce charmant appartement.

Die Ausstattung und Lage der Wohnung entspricht exakt den Angaben im Internet. Sie liegt wirklich direkt in Cannes in der Fußgängerzone, hier kann man das Leben und den Flair der Stadt vom Wohnzimmer aus beobachten. Das Fenster im Schlafzimmer ist zu einer Nebengasse ausgerichtet, wodurch es Nachts sehr ruhig ist und man gut Schlafen kann. Ein öffentlicher Strand ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Mit dem Vermieter hat alles super geklappt! Er hat immer sehr schnell auf meine Fragen per Email geantwortet und war sehr flexibel mit unserer Ankunft. Sehr unkomplizierter Vermieter! In der Wohnung können bis zu 4 Personen wohnen, doch empfehlen wir nur zu Zweit den Urlaub zu verbringen. Zu viert wäre es uns zu klein gewesen! Möglich ist es aber, es ist alles für 4 Pesonen vorhanden. Zum Ausladen des Gepäcks kann man in dem Parkhaus de la Ferrage parken, das sich nur ein paar Meter von der Wohnung entfernt befindet. Die erste Stunde ist kostenlos. Das Auto kann man dann kostenlos im Wohngebiet etwas außerhalb des Stadtkerns parken (ca 10 minuten zu Fuß). Zusammenfassend ist diese Ferienwohnung sehr zu empfehlen, für die jenigen die einen Kurz-Urlaub in Cannes machen möchten und zentral in Cannes wohnen möchten. Alors Marc, ton appartement etait super. Nous avaions un tres bon séjour à cannes! à une prochaine fois!

My husband and I stayed at Marcs apartment for a week and we loved it.
