Wohnung ist: - sehr sauber und riecht sehr gut, - gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet (es ist alles vorhanden, auch in der Küche), - geräumig, hat eine gute Grösse. - Die Betten sind ok/gut und es gibt Decken für kühlere Tage. - Grosses Plus: Die Wohnung hat eine Waschmaschine. - Lage Vorteile: Zentral, in 5 Min ist man am Playa Chica (kleiner Strand) und in 5 Min bei diversen Lebensmittelgeschäften, Apotheke, Restaurants, u.a. beim HyperDino (grosses Lebensmittelgeschäft).
- Duschkopf und -aufhängung war kaputt. - Keine Ablagefläche für Duschmittel, Shampoo und Conditioner in der Dusche. - Boiler ist extrem schnell leer und damit das warme Wasser weg. - Duschvorhang nicht vorhanden, somit Wasser neben der Dusche. - Lage Nachteil: Ringhörig - trotz geschlossenem Fenster hört man alles, v.a. vorbeifahrende Autos, Nachbarn und laute Fussgänger. - Kein Balkon - Grosse Fensterfront ist zwar ein Plus, abends müssen aber die Vorhänge gezogen werden (Nachbarhaus hat uneingeschränkte Sicht in die Wohnung)

Apartamento muy completo en equipamiento, cómodo y luminoso. Muy céntrico, al lado de supermercados, farmacia, comercios y restaurantes. Se ajustó perfectamente a lo que buscaba. Excelente relación calidad-precio.
