Nur eine Toilette im Erdgeschoss!!!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Besitzerin ist sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Hier wird Gastfreundschaft groß geschrieben.

Unser zweiter Besuch. Alles stand am gleichen Platz und trotz Mai konnten wir die Heizung im Haus anmachen, wo wir wollten. Unser Hund hat hat sich direkt genauso wohlgefühlt wie wir. Zu jeder Jahreszeit ist dieses Haus perfekt.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

The house was very well - and stylishly - appointed. Very dog friendly. Many small touches added to the comfort of the place. The host, though on vacation during our stay, was super friendly and reached out ahead and after our visit to ensure we were satisfied. The house was super cosy and the facilities, in and outside, well considered. A lovely holiday rental which we highly recommend.

Not so much 'didn't like', but things to consider: an additional toilet upstairs would have been welcome. Although there was a beautiful bathroom downstairs, it meant we had to navigate some (pretty steep) stairs in the night to get to it (not a major problem, but a consideration if you have older/less mobile guests). Rieden is in a beautiful area and the walks possible directly from the house were spectacular. However, be aware, the town is super sleepy. We thought it was charming, but it's not the place to go if you expect places to eat or drink on your doorstep and c10 miles to the nearest big supermarkets. Although the town is served by public busses, realistically you need a car to get around regionally (it is quite near to places like Nurburgring which I'd encourage to visit).
