No Resort Fee Strip View Balcony+Free Valet+ Pool

If you don’t feel like really getting into the mix of things out on the strip or in downtown, the property is connected to many of its sister properties. Without ever leaving the comfort of the hotel, you can go to the casino; dine in a wide variety of restaurants, shop, enjoy live music and lounge at the guest only pools! Also, It is a very secure property requiring your room key to only access the floor which you are staying . We were in the 33rd floor penthouse suite with amazing views of the Strip. And there is a monorail stop at this property as well.

It was a little dated, could use a little bit of a modern makeover.

The room feels more spacious than some of the other units, likely because of the furniture & decor the owners used in their suite. I love that the owners put in a proper size refrigerator, major benefit. It was a nice surprise to have a Ninja blender and a quick boil water kettle available. These are big features that you won't find in other units. Although we didn't need to use it, it's nice to have. The MGM Signature has a really convenient rideshare waiting area that has two benches under a cover. Access to the MGM Lazy River Pool complex is actually easier coming from the Signature Towers since you have a private walkway that opens up directly to the MGM Spa and Pool entrances.

I stayed at the MGM Signature before, Locking your items With the Bell desk is usually seamless but this time around they gave me back 5 items instead of 6. Getting our keys around 4:00 p.m. meant we were also in a rush to get ready for our dinner plans, we tried to call the Bell desk but ended up with the front desk instead. Front desk said they'll contact management to locate the bag and get it back to us that evening. There was a huge confusion of where the bag really was that evening when we came back from dinner. Scary and unnecessary stress caused by Bell desk looking for our bag, because the person tasked to bring it up to the room said he didn't deliver earlier because there was nobody in the room at that time, so he brought it back down to bell desk. However when we checked with belldesk in the evening, it wasn't sitting in the spot where he left it. Front desk checked with Security lost & found, they didn't have it. So then we had to get escorted a tower 2 to meet with the Bell Desk Manager to figure out location of our bag. Nobody had put in notes that it was successfully delivered into a room by another employee, what a waste of an additional hour in the start of our vacation. All is well since is not lost, just make sure you have the time to personally check all bags handed back to you. The front desk & bell desk management teams work independently, there's no central note system they both share.

There is a Starbucks on the property and a small cafe. We did not eat there.

The Wi Fi did give us a little trouble. The lobby needs to get a less potent refresher. It had a horrible smell but the elevator and halls were fine.
