Nous avons aimé la chambre, le jacuzzi ,le service de voiturié.
En arrivant dans la chambre il nous manqué un oreiller ,un dessous de lit et que le deuxième lit ne soit pas mis en place.
nous sommes descendus à la réception et on nous a dit qu'il ne pouvait rien faire car on était passé par booking et qu'il fallait téléphoner à un numéro spécial qui gérait la chambre a leur place.
Cela a été très difficile à se faire comprendre et qu'il ne pouvait rien a cette heure (21h00) .
Nous avons donc dû faire avec ,cela a été très décevant vu la qualite de l'hotel.
