The location was perfect - close walking distance to a lot of restaurants and cafes, the underground and the park
The bedding could be more comfortable. Just to note it is an lower ground house.

Fantastic location close to Gloucester Road and South Kensington tube stations. Great restaurants nearby and world class places like the Natural History Museum and V&A Museum. Lime bike rental location right outside property. 15 minute walk to the Thames - straight down to Battersea Bridge and Cheyne Walk. Property itself very well maintained with a unique outside garden space. Two bedrooms two bathrooms and a spacious living/dining area with tasteful decor and good lighting.
Any issues/questions were answered/solved swiftly, efficiently and professionally by Mélanie and Ahmed. Very proactive messaging on WhatsApp and the booking.com app.

Location and size was good
The master shower didn't drain, so six of us had to use one shower. There was also only one wash pod to use. We had to go buy more. And when we dropped off our luggage the cleaning lady came out to get more stuff out of storage and we say her literally throwing our luggage on the ground. Stuff could have been broken and it was very rude.
